Courier

As a rule, shipments of products are made to the address you have assigned to us via Courier (General Post or Acs). All product orders with the indication "immediately available" are executed on the same day and with delivery in 1-2 working days depending on the region. Orders for products marked "available in 1-3 days" means that there is no stock in our warehouses but in the warehouses of each supplier and they are sent in 2-3 working days.

Shipping with courier companies, the charge is € 3.00 up to 2 kg.

For each additional kilo, the charge amounts to € 1.00.

For each shipment with cash on delivery order, regardless of destination, the charge is set at € 2.50 regardless of weight.

* The cost of shipping for shipments, which concern remote-inaccessible areas and urgent-hurried orders, is made after consultation with the customer.

Force majeure: If for reasons of force majeure (eg bad weather, strikes, etc.) it is not possible to deliver the products within the predetermined time,

we will inform the interested party via e-mail or by phone, in order to let us know if he wishes, given the conditions, the completion of his order.

Logistics

Heavy and bulky items over 10 kg weight or volumetric, the shipment is made after consultation with you, with a transport agency

Cash on delivery is not accepted with transport agencies.
